I missed the payment plans, can I still attend?

Yes. Conference registration remains open until May 20, 2026 @ 11:59pm. You may still place this on a payment plan. Please contact an Eboard member immediately to schedule.

Why does it cost so much & what's included?

Conference payments contribute to the overall success of weekend production. 4 days of workshops, meetings, social gatherings and more. Panther participation is crucial for housing these spaces. Included in the overall cost is the access to all workshops and meetings, and banquet along with the Panther Orientation Swag Bags at check-in.

The rooms say sold out, what now?

The host hotel is ideal for all panthers and guests. If you missed the chance to book at the host hotel, please contact an eboard member to be provided additional hoteling options near-by. You may still attend all events at host hotel.
